Recombinant anti-Talin Nanobody, Clone # Nb19, COOH-terminal HA tag.Type: VHH single domainSource: E. ColiApplications: ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Pull downClonality:?Monoclonal
Background: Talin VHH Antibody was produced in an llama with a fragment of mouse Talin encompassing residues 2364-2541 then cloned for recombinant production in E. Coli. Talin is a ~270 kDa mechanosensitive cytoskeletal protein that links the actin cytoskeleton to integrins. It is concentrated in regions where cells make contact with the substrate or with other cells such as focal adhesions, immune synapses and invadopodia or podosomes.
Recombinant anti-Talin Nanobody 19 was developed by Gulliver Biomed.
Storage
Store at -20°C upon arrival. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
