Chicken polyclonal antibody raised against human IgG (H&L).
Immunogen:
Human IgG whole molecule.
Host:
Chicken

Human
Specificity:
IgG (H&L). Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-chicken serum, human IgG and human serum.
Form:
Liquid
Conjugation:
Unconjugated
Purification:
This antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using human IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Isotype:
IgG

ELISA results of this antibody tested against purified human IgG. Each well was coated in duplicate with 10 ug of human IgG. The working dilution of Anti-Human IgG is 1:110,000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 ug/mL and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using 3% Fish Gel/PBS Blocking buffer, Goat Anti-Chicken IgG mx10 HRP conjugated and TMB substrate.
