This antibody reacts with CD45R antigen (bovine), a single chain type I transmembrane glycoprotein (member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family), arestricted form of the CD45 family. CD45R is an essential regulator of T and B lymphocytesantigen receptor signaling and it is specifically expressed in hematopoietic cells.
