Retinoic acid receptor alpha; RAR-alpha; Nuclear receptor subfamily 1 group B member 1 ; RARA ; NR1B1
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Retinoic Acid Receptor alpha around the phosphorylation site of Ser77.
Immunogen Range
46-95
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:100 ELISA: 1:5000
Specificity
Retinoic Acid Receptor alpha (Phospho-Ser77) Antibody detects endogenous levels of Retinoic Acid Receptor alpha only when phosphorylated at Ser77.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Physical Form
Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability
Stable at -20°C for at least 1 year.
