Product Name
MAP3K1 (Phospho-Thr1400) Antibody
Synonyms
MAPK/ERK kinase kinase 1; MEK kinase 1; MEKK 1
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human MAP3K1 around the phosphorylation site of Thr1400.
Immunogen Range
1368-1417
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IHC: 1:50~1:100 ELISA: 1:40000
Specificity
MAP3K1 (Phospho-Thr1400) Antibody detects endogenous levels of MAP3K1 only when phosphorylated at Thr1400.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
