Product Name
Epo-R (Phospho-Tyr368) Antibody
Synonyms
EPO-R; EPOR; Erythropoietin receptor precursor
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Epo-R around the phosphorylation site of Tyr368.
Immunogen Range
341-390
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:1000
Specificity
Epo-R (Phospho-Tyr368) Antibody detects endogenous levels of Epo-R only when phosphorylated at Tyr368.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
