Product Name
Progesterone Receptor (Phospho-Ser294) Antibody
Synonyms
NR3C3; nuclear receptor 3C3; PGR; PRGR; PR
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human Progesterone Receptor around the phosphorylation site of Ser294.
Immunogen Range
261-310
Clonality
Polyclonal
Application Dilutions
WB: 1:500~1:1000 IF: 1:100~1:500 ELISA: 1:1000
Specificity
Progesterone Receptor (Phospho-Ser294) Antibody detects endogenous levels of Progesterone Receptor only when phosphorylated at Ser294.
Purification
The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Physical Form
Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
Storage/Stability
Stable at -20°C for at least 1 year.
